The story of our handcrafted cheesecake
A cheesecake born from family tradition, memories, and a recipe passed down through generations.
A recipe with deep roots
My maternal grandmother had distant roots in Bulgaria.
She would make this cake for the whole family, turning it into something more than just food — it became a moment of togetherness.
Over time, my mother learned the recipe and turned it into a tradition we repeated almost every weekend.
As a child, I loved spending time with her in the kitchen.
Without realizing it, those moments were shaping something that still lives on today.
More than a cheesecake — a connection.
It wasn’t until I arrived in Spain that I started making it myself.
That’s when I realized it wasn’t just a recipe.
It was a way to feel close to my family.
To return home through flavor.
Today, every cheesecake we make is a tribute to those moments, that tradition, and the people who made it possible.
A traditional recipe, with a secret touch
Our cheesecake is made fresh every day with carefully selected ingredients: fresh milk, eggs, handcrafted dough, and a traditional Romanian cheese that gives it its unique texture and flavor.
A recipe true to its roots, with a subtle secret that makes all the difference.
No industrial processes.
No shortcuts.
Just tradition, care and authentic flavor.
Made the way it used to be
We craft our cheesecakes by hand every day using natural ingredients and following a traditional recipe.
Each piece is carefully prepared to achieve a creamy texture and an authentic flavor.
Because we believe that when something simple is done well, it doesn’t need anything else.
