Bulgaria.<br>She would make this cake for the whole family, turning it into something more than just food \u2014 it became a moment of togetherness.<\/p><p data-start=\"1186\" data-end=\"1301\">Over time, my mother learned the recipe and turned it into a tradition we repeated almost every weekend.<\/p><p data-start=\"1303\" data-end=\"1428\" class=\"translation-block\">As a child, I loved spending time with her in the kitchen.<br>Without realizing it, those moments were shaping something that still lives on today.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div started making it myself.<br>That\u2019s when I realized it wasn\u2019t just a recipe.<\/p><p data-start=\"1800\" data-end=\"1885\" class=\"translation-block\">It was a way to feel close to my family.<br>To return home through flavor.<\/p><p data-start=\"1887\" data-end=\"2005\">Today, every cheesecake we make is a tribute to those moments, that tradition, and the people who made it
